It allows you to to test the reachability of a host to show how long it takes for packets to reach a destination host. A small packet will be sent through the network to a given IP address (IPv4) or host name, your device then waits and listens for a return packet.
This tool helps you verify if a domain/server is operating and network accessible. You can enter the IP address or you can enter the host name for pinging.
