• My Idea Stores are the most frequently visited point of sales customer touch point used by customers for requests, complains redressal

• The app boasts a dynamically updated dashboard with updated KPIs (like collections, retention, SIM Upgrade/exchange, churn, etc.)

• Also present is a dedicated tab for performance scoring and benchmarking against historical data

• Separate tabs for updated payouts and visit checklists would help the MICO in monitoring his allocated My Ideas more efficiently

This app would, thus, help in improving the overall customer experience through seamless value delivery
