Fixes issue with entering birthday manually. Allows for event WiFi auto connection for Samsung phones. Other brand phones will still have to connect to the event WiFi manually. Added link to privacy policy. New permission requested android.permission.ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION. We use this in order to detect an event server. It is only used when you attend an event and wish to download your child's information.
