First Republic Culture Carrier Roundtable Fall '16

The Culture Carrier Roundtable was created in 2010 in order to preserve and develop the existing entrepreneurial culture of First Republic Bank within a context of continued growth. Employees from various geographies, roles, and tenure are invited to participate in a series of discussions and exercises led by college professors and subject matter experts.

The Culture Carrier Roundtable was developed with five specific objectives:

• Develop a shared understanding of how First Republic’s entrepreneurial culture, which was built on empowerment of the individual and a strong sense of personal responsibility, has shaped its success and growth.

• Develop and "out of the box" view of what the financial services industry may look like in coming years.

• Discover and create ways that each individual can contribute to nurturing the entrepreneurial culture within the organization as it continues to grow in the future.

• Task Culture Carriers with bringing the ideas and objectives of the Roundtable back to their teams and offices.

Getting to know colleagues that you might not know or interact with on a daily bases.
