Casa Creativa is a premium office, co-working and collaborative environment

o Casa Creativa is a shared premium office, co-working space and collaborative environment in the business of renting desk space to entrepreneurs, freelancers and organizations who want the benefits of a fully stocked office without the traditional office culture.

o The design & layout consider the specific needs of different groups or individual customers. A shared kitchen/pantry and recreation area creates an

atmosphere that allows one to feel at home while, at the same time,

collaborating and working in the office with other people. The design and

operations of the space functions as catalyst which aims to bond people

together.

o Members would range from freelancers who need an occasional place with

unlimited Wi-Fi to focus on projects and deadlines to small businesses and

non-governmental organizations (NGO’s) with a few employees who need a

consistent office to work, host meetings and build and expand their businesses.

Additionally, Casa Creativa aims to connect freelancers and entrepreneurs

together providing them with a space where they are able to share knowledge

face to face. This would in turn lead to a variety of collaborations inspired by

the different ideas generated by members and the wider community. Shared

administrative support, technologies and marketing connectivity increases the likelihood of the success of every project they might have.
