ANDAS - MINDFULNESS-BASED TRAINING FOR LEADERSHIP AND TEAM DEVELOPMENT

Andas mindfulness app is a tool for lowering stress, enhancing concentration and dealing with change in both professional and personal life. The app is an integral part of Andas corporate mindfulness trainings.

Andas app contains an eight-week mindfulness training program with daily meditation exercises. Our corporate trainings always include also face-to-face group sessions which are as important as the app for joint development and creating a shared culture and vocabulary for mindfulness in own organization.

Andas Oy offers mindfulness-based training programs for leadership and team development. Mindfulness training gives genuine benefits: participants report holistically better well-being, deeper sleep, more confidence in demanding situations, more focused thinking – in short; they are more aware, serene and even wiser at their work. Time management has improved and communication with colleagues become clearer.
