The Parsada Jagaddhita statue which means the ruler of nature.

The statue of Dewa Brahma as high as 13 meters and 9 meters wide will be built in the village of Duda Timur, Sekat, Karangasem.

It is said that the statue of Lord Brahma who is believed to have a duty as a creator will be built right next to the Jaga Satru Waterfall in Pateh Hamlet, East Duda Village, Selat, Karangasem.

"His position is facing a waterfall, so that later the visitors can enjoy the panorama of the waterfall and see the statue of Lord Brahma from below," said I Gede Pawana as the Head of East Duda Village as well as the initiator of making the statue of Brahma.

Pawana explained, the construction of the Statue with an estimated cost of up to Rp.2.8 billion from the third party sponsor had begun on Sunday (03/24/2019) yesterday which was marked by planting five datu at the base of the location of the Statue.

I will work on the sculpture itself by I Ketur Mare, who is a statue maestro from Klungkung Serombotan Earth. The choice of the Brahma Statue to be built was based on the establishment of the Shiva Statue in the Tabanan region.

Suppose that in Badung there was the Statue of Garuda Wisnu Kencana (GWK) so that Brahma was the one who built Karangasem.

The process itself will last for 7 months and will be launched on November 9, 2019. This Brahma statue itself will be called the Parsada Jagaddhita Statue which means the ruler of nature.

Related to the start of the inu statue, Pawana expressed his gratitude for the support given by the Karangasem Regency government. "We are very grateful to the Karangasem Regency Government for supporting the construction of the Brahma Statue," he said.
