We want to interact directly with the farmers as they would be aware of the modern farming technique, quality seed growing, get knowledge of marketing their products. Therefore we have formed some FPOs who are very close to the villagers and rural communities. We help the farmers by delivering quality seeds, make them aware of weather risk or sometimes by organizing seminars and workshops related to farming. We are working to uplift the underprivileged, poor and homeless people by offering them a permanent shelter through various government projects. We are trying to solve the malnutrition problem as most of the Indian villagers and slum dwellers are suffering from malnutrition. Because they can not afford the minimum requirement of nutrition in their daily food. We are trying to fulfill this deficiency by making mini layer units in villages. Because we think that egg is the chiefest food which is a good source of protein. We are also trying to build up medicinal gardens or farms in homes, schools or in other public or government premises. Because India is famous for its Ayurveda from ancient time. So we are trying to cultivate medicinal plants and making people aware of its importance. In a word, NEPO FPO Group is always trying to connect with people through various works and thus we have made our tag line as 'Our Work Our Life.'
