You are Alastair, an heroic but mysterious hooded Archer from the lands of Holland Heights. No one, not even the king knows much about Alastair other then the many times he has saved victims from villians and monsters. It is also unknown why he wears a black hood covering his face, rumors say he had an encounter with a mighty dragon which burned his face. The king has choosen YOU, Alastair to escort carriages carrying food supplies down a 20 mile road stretch of darkness. On this road are some of the most dangerous monsters ever found throughout the lands.

Background Story: Three decades have passed since Locar, the Wizard of Jacobmont was expelled from the lands of Holland Heights. It was king Hatchworth who had issued this order that would free the lands from this villan. Although furious of the decision the kind had made, Locar had relocated to a land across the Sea of Zules where he would construct a tower and begin study on a terrible spell which would bring forever darkness to the lands of Holland Heights. Within this darkness would lure some of the most dangerous monsters ever found throughout the lands. Six months ago, the spell was cast and the devastation was horrific. The town of Rocky Hollow, a small village just east of the city of North Jacobmont has suffered the worse. Food shipments have failed to arrive in the village due to monsters which lurk on the main road to Rocky Hollow that attack the food carriages. Many carriage crews have been killed and never heard from again. As a result the people in Rocky Hollow have begun to suffer from starvation, many have perished from malnourishment including babies and young children. The king has contacted Alastair to accommodate the food carriages and be sure the shipments get safely down the 20 mile road stretch of darkness.
