Shala Darpan app has been designed to incorporate new parameters for school inspections. The revised school inspection format transforms the school inspections into an objective exercise to determine the quality of infrastructure, method of teaching and level of academic achievements in the school.

This system will also facilitate setting up of a rule-based and transparent system for monitoring of schools on key performance indicators. Further, It will also enable proactive determination of scale & type of interventions needed and proactive initiation of necessary remedial action for resolution of issues / shortcomings reported duting the school inspections.
