Andas Life app contains a tailored training program for mind and body with daily meditation and yoga exercises. The training builds upon Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) as well as Andas Oy’s years of mindfulness and leadership training experience. The program is backed up by learning materials and instructor support. It gives measurable results to both the employee and the employer.
