The I68 shared calendar allows volunteers (users) to 'book themselves' and/or be 'assigned' by an overseer on projects such maintenance, construction, and humanitarian events in shared locations.

i68 was created from the need to have a booking system that allows ease of use on a mobile device (especially for older ones) that is available in multiple languages.

The i68 shared calendar is not available online to the general public, but instead is shared with users who have an account and are logged in. This allows for private collaboration among qualified volunteers in various groups and locations.

Users who download the app simply click to open and will see 'current day' or 'upcoming' events they can join events in fixed or various locations.

A group administrator an set the 'group' or 'groups', including locations that each volunteer can join.

There is also an option to join the BETA version that is regularly being updated to allow additional features and UI enhancements.
