Himachal Pradesh State Pharmacy Council (HPSPC) is a statutory body constituted by the Government of Himachal Pradesh under the provisions of the Pharmacy Act of 1948. The prime responsibility of the HPSPC is to grant registration to the eligible pharmacists and issue Registration certificate to the persons possessing requisite prescribed qualification as per the provisions of section 32(2) of the Pharmacy Act and to enforce the necessary provisions of the Pharmacy Act 1948.With the following major objectives, the HPSPC is committed to uplift the profession of pharmacy in the state of Himachal Pradesh.
