Health Wealth Safe Care is a remote patient monitoring (RPM) app designed to empower care managers and practitioners participating in the program to deliver comprehensive remote health monitoring and telehealth services. This application enables healthcare providers to track patient health, make and receive audio and video calls with patients and/or other health care providers. The app also tracks call history and provides caller id support. Health Wealth Safe Care app focuses on better care through improved patient engagement via audio and video call capability.
