There is a huge possibility that the weight may also bounce back, sometimes even more than before .
Intermittent fasting of 14 hours is recommended along with Ketogenic diet as that will give much better results. You can have your last meal at 8 PM and then the next day you can have your first meal at 10 am which is not at all difficult to follow. We provide you a fasting tracker to guide you and alert you. We also guide you how to manage your hunger during the 14- 16 hours of fasting.
