This fitness app is used in combination with my live personal training programs! I am a personal trainer and occupational therapist and I customize personal training programs for women. Pelvic Health & Fitness is personal training designed for women and takes into consideration core function, pelvic floor and more! This is not just an app to download but rather an app that is used together with my live online personal training which includes live one on one or group exercise classes, assessments, education, live coaching, the ability to ask me any questions, follow ups, texting if you have any questions, and more! I will literally be your personal trainer & coach at your fingertips! Personal training goals may include strength training, weight loss, functional fitness and even training while trying to conceive. When creating a customized program I take into consideration a woman's hormones and her cycle. I am specialized in training women during pregnancy (which includes birth prep unlike any other!), postpartum rehabilitation, and Yoga for fertility.
