Welcome to the Fit Mother Project App! We are an online Fitness Program and Community for Moms 40+. We help busy busy moms (and women going through menopause) dramatically improve the way they look & feel, build more self-love, and connect with an incredible community of like-minded women.

Our Fit Mother Program has transformed the lives of over 10,000+ Moms. We believe that Moms spend so much energy taking care of everyone else that they often put themselves and their health last! It can feel hard to lose weight and get healthy especially as we get older, hormones change, and we have families to take care of.

The Fit Mother Program & Community exists to provide nutrition and exercise guidance to help Moms 40+ lose weight, tone up, get strong, make big health improvements, and even improve mental & emotional health.
