• Self-help tool to diagnose home WiFi connection and propose recommendations to improve WiFi connectivity

WiFi Connection Manager

• Analyses connection speed and proposes better connection alternatives

Device Information:

• Checks the device information such as: brand, model, OS version, Storage capacity, IMEI, battery level

Device Help:

• Provides access to Singtel Device Help site (http://devicehelp.singtel.com/web/) which contains information of the different device models such as Apple, Blackberry, HTC, LG, Nokia, Samsung, ZTE and so on

How to uninstall Tap & Fix:

Using the App

Launch the app > Tap on More Menu > Select Uninstall Tap & Fix > Click OK or UNINSTALL
