Sheep grazing is a unique game with the nature and culture of the Carpathians in the background. The game brings with it a large portion of fun and competition, as well as an educational element.

The game allows a better understanding of the Carpathian region and pastoral culture. During the game you will learn the rules of grazing sheep, empathizing with the role of a shepherd, who must provide his herd of sheep with food, protect them from predators, and also manage the hall in an appropriate manner. Allow yourself a moment of oblivion and move into the virtual, idyllic landscape of the Polish part of the Carpathians. Your struggle and fight for the best result will be accompanied by Krystyna Czubówna, who played the role of a guide and commentator on the player's actions.

The Sheep Sheep game has several levels, each of which involves the player visiting a different hall. Individual halls, in reality and in this game, differ from each other. Each of them refers to a specific place in the Carpathians, where sheep are grazed. In these places you can find a shepherd's hut, and in the grazing period - from May to October, meet a shepherd with sheep, as well as taste wonderful regional delicacies made from sheep's milk.

The game was prepared as part of the Carpathian Carpathian project, implemented by the UNEP / GRID-Warsaw Center.

The Carpathians Carpathian Project is associated with the maintenance and development of traditional sheep grazing in the pastures, the protection of traditional animal breeds and the support of the revival of the tradition of pastoral economy. These activities contribute to preserving the biodiversity of the Carpathians, protecting the open landscapes of mountain halls and protecting the region's intangible cultural heritage.
