Rooted keeps you on track with 4 handy sections – Cave, Road, Table and Fire – each individually prompting you to focus on different areas of your own personal journey.

Cave is a place to be still, reflect and hear the word of God. With a handy alarm, Road ensures the setting aside of time for a mindful interruption of your life to reset perspective. Table is a place to set down thoughts and feeling, to question to reflect and finally, Fire is an opportunity to take a closer look at scripture, apply it to your own life and identify areas in which to grow.
