Hi there, hope you are doing well. It seems that Ark has been giving issues on the S23 Ultra but works perfectly fine on the S23 don't know why. What I would suggest trying is downloading Apkpure on playstore then try downloading ark from Apkpure and see if it works. I on the other hand cannot play online due to having a Huawei that doesn't have Google play services as my Huawei runs on Harmony OS and not Android.
