To calculate the Valuation Fee, Legal Fee and Stamp Duty MOT Loan Agreement for property in Malaysia. The valuation fee is based on an Agreed Fee (it is NOT a normal rate chargeable). The other fee calculation is based on the prescribed fees by the relevant professional bodies in Malaysia.
