The 5S methodology (Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) supports good work organization at Heraeus. The principle is applied in production as well as in the labs and office areas.

An important success factor for a continuous workplace organization are 5S audits: a regular monitoring of implementation.

The app helps you to integrate the 5S method in your day-to-day providing the possibility to collect all findings and countermeasures in a more optimized and intuitive way. The app enables reflection and to question the status quo.

At the end of the audit, an automatic report is created which can directly be shared and evaluated.

The app offers the possibility for Heraeus employees to login but also a free version is available for everyone in order to create customer value.
