The app allows you to share your progress — food choices, physical activity, water intake, sleep, when and how often you are taking supplements and so on — with your coach and gives them a way to encourage you, make changes and recommendations for you. This personalized support helps you to easily create new habits and behaviors that will lead you to better health!
