Read the autobiography of Adolf Hitler and how he planned for World War II
Mein Kampf is a book by Adolf Hitler. The book combined the elements of a biography and a detailed explanation of Hitler's Nazi theories. The first volume was published in 1925 and the second volume in 1926. It was edited by Bernard Stumpfull, who killed the long night of the knives.
Hitler dictated most of the first volume of his book while he was in prison "after the failed Nazi coup d'etat" of Landsberg on his deputy, Rudolf Hess. Its original title was "Four and a half years of struggle against lies, stupidity and cowardice." The book's publisher, Max Aman, advised him to summarize it as "my struggle" only. This book, which included his autobiography and presented his ideological doctrine, was dedicated to Dietrich Eckart, a member of the underground society known as the "Tatel Society". So he published this book in two volumes during 1925 and 1926, and it sold about two hundred and forty thousand copies between 1925 and 1934. By the end of World War II, nearly ten million copies had been sold or distributed. Newly married couples and soldiers received free copies of the book.
