The Balanced Report Card (BRC) curriculum provides users with a sports and fitness curriculum covering kindergarten activities, cricket, football, basketball and track & field for students from KG-12std. The rules, etiquette, nutrition, physics, training principles, psychology, mental skills and competition framework for each sport are mapped for specific age groups based on their learning and physiological abilities. The skills, drills and tactics of each sport are objectively taught using videos and each student is evaluated using an objective and simple 3-point scale of talent identification. Each PT class is structured with a skill acquisition, practice, correction element topped off with a game so that each student gets individualized focus on his development in sports. The theory and homework section of each PT class gives students an appropriate theoretical element of sport supported with an applied homework question to extend his knowledge application at home. The individualized talent identification, nutritional, psychological and performance assessment reports generated each term helps students and parent identify the best sport suited for the student and helps them optimize their choices. Once the student and their talents are identified the program then allows them to evaluate and further develop their talent by channeling and evaluating them on an inter-school team platform, state level talent roster, national level talent roster and finally an international talent benchmark.
