Equality between women and men in employment is one of the challenges that the society today, real equality and effective, which proclaims the mainstreaming of the principles of equal treatment and opportunity in all the faces activities of public authorities.

Companies can make their own diagnosis through simple forms within the application as well as an opinion questionnaire to the template.

Diagnostic results can be analyzed directly and generate a partial or comprehensive report with which to begin an Equality Plan cash in the company.
