“Eco Homes” connects residents and the building management board.

“Eco Homes” is an application that provides functions to help users and residents, when needed, be able to give feedback to the Human Resources Management Board easily, quickly and conveniently through the application.

- Easily send requests to the Water Management Board: Directly send requests, report errors, service problems and building quality problems.

- Receive information quickly from the Natural Resources Management Board: be updated with general news of the building; Receive service announcements; Receive responses to requests from the Natural Resources Management Board.

- Proactively control and look up information: Check and look up information about services such as management fees, electricity, water, vehicles...

- Register to use the service: register to use the community house, swimming pool and other facilities;

- Proactively evaluate the quality of HLVH services: Participate in surveys and evaluations to seek opinions from the Management Board.
