An interactive app for female cricket players to enter and visualise key performance data:

• Physical and mental wellness: mood, stress level, sleep quality, muscle soreness, fatigue, and illness.

• Workload training sessions: type of training, duration, and effort.

• Period tracking: logging period status and symptoms; tracking how symptoms affect training and daily life; and viewing entries in a calendar to identify patterns.

• Player goals: viewing and tracking goals set with the player by health practitioners and coaches.

• Fitness data: tracking results from tests and benchmarks measured by practitioners.

• Scorecards: viewing scorecards for matches by teams and players.

• Media uploads: accessing media files and links shared by practitioners.
