If you're a DStv customer in one of the countries within the DStv territories, you can enjoy the convenience of the DStv app.

With DStv TV in your pocket, you can: 

- Stream live TV

- Catch up on your favourite content (series, movies, and sports highlights)

- Download content to watch offline later

- Enjoy an on-the-go streaming experience

The Live TV and Catch Up content available on the DStv app will be as per your DStv subscription package and the country where your subscription is held. Due to geo-blocking, this content can only be played within the countries in the DStv territories.

As a DStv customer, you can enjoy all of these features on the DStv app. You can live stream selected TV channels via 3G/4G or WIFI, which means you can watch your favourite shows and sports events even when you're away from your TV. The app also allows you to catch up on a selection of the most popular shows, sports, and movies. This means you don't have to worry about missing an episode of your favourite series or sports event.

The DStv app also allows you to download up to 25 videos on Catch Up to enjoy offline later across 4 devices. This means you can download content while you have a good internet connection and watch it later when you don't have internet access. This feature is particularly useful when you're travelling or when you're in an area with poor internet connectivity.

With DStv Kids, you can use a safe and fun viewing environment with PIN-controlled access to enjoy the coolest shows and movies. This means you can let your kids watch their favourite shows without worrying about them accessing inappropriate content.

The DStv app also gives you access to the full 8-day TV Guide, which allows you to plan your viewing in advance. You can set reminders for your favourite shows, so you never miss an episode.

It's important to note that for legal reasons, the DStv app is not available on uncertified Google devices. To ensure that you're using a Google-certified device, go to Google Play Store Menu -> Settings -> Device Certification.
