I let my grandson download this free game onto my samsung s4 mobile and he wanted an extra in-store app which cost $1.59 . I had trouble with my password but we finally paid for it. I thought that it was safe as not only does a purchase require a password (which my grandson doesn't know) but it also sends an sms as an extra protection. I did not get anything and when I looked at my bank statement, there were 26 orders on it amounting to AUD 131.58. i rang Google and they gave me a partial refund of AUD38.45. Google advised me to contact the developer and gave me an email address. I have sent 3 emails so far requesting compensation for 21 orders ( including a list of each game) but there has been no reply. I am retired and on an old age pension and this situation has created a genuine financial problem for me. The developer cannot even answer my emails. I am incredibly upset and disappointed in not receiving any support whatsoever. Ann Earle.
