So far, the Game is pretty bad.
Wait for them to Improve it if you dont want to waste your time.

The Battle System is nothing like Pokemon, its oversimpified.Every Pokemon is only weak to one type. No dual weakness or 4 times effective moves. Items are part of your Pikemons moveset, so instead of having four moves, you only got two attack moves or, one attack move and one status move.
The other two slots are buffs or heals. There is no teambuilding, because the game tells you wich types you should use for the mission/fight and not using those types only slows down the fights. If you plan to play this game during a lunch break or while you ride the train/bus , I strongly advice using the effective types if you want to make some progress. Its possible to beat the fights with other types, but it doesnt feel rewarding or satisfying at all.

 you are stuck with the Story based characters you are given because the free to play Gem grinding takes ages

( seriously 3k gems for a 10x pull is way too much if you barely give us any gems as rewards)

 wich means you are stuck grinding the hard difficulty to gain items you need to level up

(and you are stuck using lvl 30 Pokemon because there are only 2 Pokemon that can lvl higher then that, wich is just bad because sometimes you have to dight 6 enemies using only 3 pokemon. Switching up the usual boring fights with randomly difficult ones)

and you need 50 medium items to exchange them for ONE gold item. You need 3 Gold items to unlock the fourth move of you Pokemon. So you farm 150 of them and get about 3 to 4 on average per fight.

So far, this Game is nothing but a very blant timesink, luring you in to spend money because it allows you to get a gacharoll for 100 gems instead of 300 once per day. You NEED to draw copies of your Trainers or you wont get any stronger. Or you get lucky and draw a good 4 or 5 Star trainer.

These mechanics worked in a gacha game three or four years ago. 
This is a brand new game and it doesnt offer anything to make it stand out between all the other Gacha games out there. The story didnt feel engaging so far, the Gachasystem feels like a cheap cash grab, the fights usually lack any challenge and the neccessary amount of grinding to get stronger is unbearable.
