Disha is powered by Digital Healthcare Solutions under Essential Healthcare for the Disadvantaged (EHD) in Bangladesh funded by UK AID. This project is implemented by 9 NGO and private sector partners where Concern Worldwide is the consortium lead. Other partners are Ipas, CBM, icddr,b, Digital Healthcare Solutions, KMSS, PHD, RHSTEP, DRRA.

The goal of this learning platform is to up-skill community healthcare providers with relevant contents to serve the community.

Disha brings together several video lessons totally free so that users can learn in a practical and quick way on various health topics. Moreover, after attending all classes of the course it is possible to issue a certificate of conclusion.
