WOVO E-Learning courses guide workers through engaging, interactive lessons, and rewards them with badges for successful completion. Workers are able to enroll (anonymously, if needed) in topics of their choice and learn about subjects spanning professional development and personal wellbeing. Professional development course categories include Social Compliance, Success in the Workplace, and Health & Safety, while personal wellbeing categories include Emotional Wellbeing, Physical Wellbeing, Financial Wellbeing, and Care-giving.
