The Total Mobile Tenant Portal app allows our customers to log requests for building maintenance and support.

As well as requesting reactive maintenance work, users can view their current and past requests and see status updates of the work via the request detail view.

Other handy features include:

- Select your location from a handy look-up list

- Find the type of issue you want to report

- Provide additional contact details if you’re raising this for someone else

- Upload documents and pictures to help us identify the problem

Our easy-to-use app allows requests to be submitted on-the-go at any time and in any location.
