The Order Execution app is part of the Kony Field Service Solution, a set of persona oriented apps that will transform your service organization. The apps leverage user's experience, irrespective of the app being online or offline enabled, providing proper content at the right context of the execution. All this with a modern and rich user interface and user experience, taking advantage of Kony’s mobile-first experience and capabilities.

The Order Execution application optimizes your staff while performing daily work-fixing problems. The app increases efficiency and effectiveness of the team while providing unique and real-time connection and collaboration between back office users using any back-end and field force using the app. As a consequence, companies are capable to provide a higher level service and improve customer satisfaction.

In this last version, we continue to added more key functionalities:

- Survey: creates dynamic surveys and easily gets it in the mobile app based on a simple sync.

- GPS Tracking: know where your field team is, at any time and any where.

- Sales Service: We now have a plug n' play integration with SAP™ CRM, making it simple to integrate the app with this back-end

- TouchID and back-button are now supported by the app.
