Our application is a bit different than your typical Real Estate browser, we rank suburbs based on a number of different metrics to help you compare that suburb scoring against any other, then we will only display the properties that have a potential for upside in growth based on our filtering criteria. You will still need to do your homework, but we will provide you the framework and access to the required professionals to help you to move forward.

How do we filter the properties?

We have a number of different filters that can help you shortlist the properties that have potential to unlock equity and help you to exclude properties where you could be overcapitalizing.

How do we rate the suburbs?

The Knock Knock Suburb rating is done across a number of metrics for the suburb, they are: Auction Clearance Data, Days on Market, Stock on Market (%), Gross rental Yield, Vacancy Rate, Proportion of Renters, % of sold properties vs number of properties for sale and Population Forecast

How does the membership work?

There are different options of memberships to choose from. You can start with a free subscription and the upgrade to a paid 12 month subscription. The difference between them is the level of the access you have with each one of them as it varies from the daily featured property to unrestricted access to all the suburbs nationally. All the options will grant you access to the Ask Dan section where you will find great content and you will also be able to leverage our Partner Program to get assistance from great professionals.
