This mobile application (app) is intended to help citizens better prepare for disasters, whether natural or manmade and contains vital, up-to-date information pertaining to emergencies in Clarke County. This app contains links to local weather and local, state, and federal resources that will assist you in being prepared for and recovering from all types of disasters.

This app is not intended to replace your primary means of emergency notification due to the inability for us to ensure that the notifications from this app will make it to your phone 100% of the time. Technical issues with your phone or at the cell towers, power outages, amount of signal your phone has, internet outages, etc prevent us from ensuring you will get a notification in real time, every time. This application does not replace 911 during an emergency.
