The CGCA solution is for large corporates and Departments which required fully secured, end to end encrypted communication channel for employees and work-force. This solution is based on Extensible Messaging and Presence Protocol (XMPP) which is one of the most popular Instant Messaging (IM) protocols which uses a client-server working mode. This protocol uses different connection primitives for both client-to-server (c2s) and server-to-server (s2s) connections. It is actively used in mission-critical operations where the reliability and security of communication systems is always imperative. One approach to secure services and private networks is to use proxy services as security gateways. Proxies enable interoperability between different security domains acting as Information Exchange Gateways (IEGs).

• The solution transfers the information in text, pic, video, word, excel, pdf, gif and other common formats. Also user can share the location.

• User can broadcast or multicast the messages in above listed formats

• User can join multiple groups with different role and profile.

• One user can be part of different groups with different roles. Admin can define the same.

• User get the notification on joining the group / app

• User can delete the conversation history from his device but same should be preserved at server

• By default, Share the information or document is restricted with users outside of the organisation.

• Only Admin have the rights to create Group and add users. Users don’t have the rights to Created Groups.

• Super Admin can define the Admins for different verticals, departments or companies.

• Admin finds any message violating the security or other policies of Company he can delete or block the message posted by any user. Admin can block the user also.

• Only verified organisation employees are allowed to become the application users using their mobile/email identification methods (OTP/LDAP/AD).

• Sent, delivered, read status captured and stored at server with time stamps for later retrieval.

• Only the sender and receiver can fully decrypt messages

• CGCA solution is developed under open source platform using Ubuntu 16.1

• XMPP technology is used to develop the communication solutions for organisations.
