The Prepaid Register was developed by the Brazilian Mobile Operators to comply with Law 10,703 / 2003 and Art. 58 of Resolution 477/2007 of Anatel that determine the Operators to maintain the updated registration of their mobile customers in the modality prepaid from the activation of your chip.

The Prepaid Register sends all SMS messages using the number 7737. If you receive any SMS messages to carry out the cadastral validation of your prepaid line that does not originate from the number 7737, you must disregard the message and contact immediately with your Operator. Messages sent to 7737 are free. As a result, all SMS messages you send to the number 7737 will not be charged, under any circumstances, for your prepaid recharge credits, that is, even if you do not yet have recharge credits on your prepaid line. -paid, you can send SMS messages to the number 7737.
