The HERE Reindeer Coop App, in cooperation with the Lapland Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment, is a pilot application which allows reporting and receiving traffic related incident information as well as those generated by other pilot users and by traffic management center about traffic events (e.g. accidents, road works, and traffic flow). Drivers can also report and receive information about reindeer sightings along the drive within a defined area.

To get the most out of the app an Android 4.4 (and newer) phone with at least an 4 inch screen should be used. All registered pilot users can download and use the mobile app. The app is functioning in a geographically limited area in Fell Lapland bordered by Utsjoki in the North, Enontekiö in the West, Simo in the South and Salla in the East.
