Brief Pause is an app that helps you be more productive in the office.

Brief Pause reminds you to take a quick brake and get the blood in your body going.

It has some default exercise sets, but you can also make your own, by choosing which exercises you want to do, and for how long you want to do them. We recommend this app for when you are stuck at a problem.

Just take a brief pause, move your body a little and the solution to your problem just comes to you out of nowhere.
