Aikido is a Japanese martial art based on the principles of harmony that contains both empty hand and weapons techniques. The Aiki-ken and Aiki-jo in this series are demonstrated by Miles Kessler Sensei, 5th dan (Aikikai), a long time student of Saito Sensei.
