Dear Adventurers,
We regret to inform you that Zombie Squad will be taken offline at 8:00 am (UTC + 2) on September 1, 2021. We've greatly enjoyed creating memories with you since the launch of Zombie Squad, and we'd like to take this opportunity to thank all of you for the love and support you've shown towards Zombat Squad.
Player feedback helped us make many adjustments and optimizations to improve gameplay, and yet despite the improvements made, we were unable to meet the expectations necessary to keep the game online. It is with great sadness that we say goodbye, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Important dates for termination of operation:
* August 1, 2021, 8:00 am (UTC + 2): In-game payment function will be removed. Players will no longer be able to make payments.
* August 8, 2021, 8:00 am (UTC + 2): The game will be removed from the app store and new player registration will be closed.
* September 1, 2021, 8:00 am (UTC + 2): The game server will be closed and players will no longer be able to log in.
Refund:
Players can request a refund via Google Play for all payments made after May 1, 2021 (subject to the App Store / Google Play refund policy). If you are experiencing issues with refund requests, please contact us via zombatsquad.cs@gmail.com. Customer service will be available until September 10, 2021 (UTC+2); please send us your refund request before this date.
Once again, thank you all for your continued support and encouragement. We are extremely grateful for your feedback and suggestions. We will remember this journey forever!
