Registration and mapping of public and private health facilities app will be used by survey teams during their field work. Authorized field worker using their credentials will visit all public and private health facilities and LHW health houses during their field work. They will fill basic information of health facilities like name, address, location, service delivery availability, essential health care provider staff availability using this app. Moreover, field worker will snap pictures of important area of health facilities like main entrance, display board, waiting area of patients, outpatient department rooms, indoor section, wash rooms etc. This app will gather GEO coordinates to store location of health facility or health house. All this information will be stored in android phone as offline mode. Later this information and pictures may be up-synced on server using RESTFull APIs.
