Echallan

This purpose of application is to curb violation of traffic rules in the region. Previously, the traffic police used to send challan slips over the violation of traffic rules by post to the addresses, based on the available information with local dummy records.The system couldn’t collect penalties because of the non-availability of addressees. The newly-introduced E-Challan system would directly send a mail to the vehicle owner, if any vehicle was found to have violated traffic norms.
