"mySales+" focuses on enabling Managers to make informed decisions regarding Team Performance, Scheme initiations and Incentive plans to achieve Targets. Managers will be equipped with visual analytics and insights that will help them determine what is right and wrong at every level from lead 'generation' to 'conversion'.

- Performance: Manager will be able to monitor the status at every phase from lead 'generation' to 'conversion' through detailed graphical representations

- Schemes: Manager will be able to create, edit or stop a Scheme to increase revenue generation

- Agents: Manager will be able to view, grow and manage their Agent Network

- Target: Manager will be able to see the targets allocated to them

- Incentives: Manager can set location based incentives that can be activated at different phases from lead ‘generation’ to ‘conversion’.
