SafeContent is a kids safety app that was created to notify parent about socially harmful content found on kids ’ phone such as: racism, homophobia, or xenophobia. Our kids ' safety app is designed to encourage family communication by allowing parents to discover issues their kids may be facing.

How does it work?

SafeContent is a parental control mobile application that allows you to monitor kids ' activity by pairing kids ' devices with the parent 's device. Through activity tracking, parent can easily and quickly find out about harmful content encountered by their kids.

The kids safety application consists of 4 main segments:

Home tab → Manage children’s profiles

In the Home tab, parent can manage kids ' profiles by creating a kid account or editing and listing existing profiles. Under notification statistics, you can also check the frequency of used words from selected categories.

Notifications tab → Get notified about your child’s activity

In the Notifications tab, parents will receive notifications about their kids ' activity and the status of the protected device. Alerts will be sorted by the level of their severity.

Categories tab → Choose word categories important to you

The Categories tab is used to manage the process of detecting words with different levels of social harm on the kids ' mobile devices. Here, parents can choose the categories they want to be notified about.

Settings tab → Personalize and manage the parental control app

The Settings tab lets parents personalize the parental control application and provide access to basic functionality that improves kids safety application management. Here, you can rate and share the parental control app.

Our parental control application use Accessibility API.

Accessibility API is responsible for reading all content from the screen and tracking actions on the kids ' device. Parental control application allows detecting specific keywords in the local device database. If the word is contained in the database the parent gets a notification about the identified word.
