Hi!

My name is Noureddine, I am a young android developer. When I first started praticing Teakwondo, I had faced a lot of problems especially with Poomsaes.

In this app, I have tried to teach you the most fundamental techniques via a series of videos using Youtube API in the first tab called "poomsaes".

The second tab is divided into three sections: attack, defense and stances, and each section contains a bunch of basic moves.
