Partam: All Things Armenian is a dynamic app that provides a wealth of information about modern Armenian identity. It features high-quality photos and descriptions of Armenian landmarks, institutions, and public places that have references to Armenian culture; profiles of eminent Armenian individuals; and information about Armenian commercial establishments.

The geographical material is searchable by city and categories including Cultural Centers, Schools, Monuments, Khachkars (Armenian cross stones), Churches, Libraries, Organizations, Public Art, Sister Cities, Theaters, and others. Users can click on any entry to see maps and driving directions. In addition, they can directly connect with their destinations of choice through the provided phone, Web, and email links.

Currently the app’s geographical material covers the entire United States. Material documenting the Armenian heritage in other countries which will next be incorporated into the app will encompass Canada, the UK, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Switzerland, Greece, Cyprus, and Lebanon. Eventually Armenian-heritage photos and descriptions encompassing the entire world will be featured on the app.

The app’s geographical destinations are complemented by information about outstanding Armenian-Americans, including inventors, scientists, artists, writers, political and military leaders, athletes, entrepreneurs, and others who have contributed their talents and inventions to US and world civilization. The information includes biographical profiles, photos, and reproductions of US patents. The app’s Hall of Fame section, which comprises material about extraordinary Armenian-Americans, is being expanded on a daily basis and will eventually encompass the hundreds of entries compiled and published in book form by the app’s author, Stepan Partamian.

The app also features searchable information about Armenian commercial establishments such as restaurants, bookstores, hotels, and others, including photos, maps, driving directions, Web and email addresses, and phone numbers.
